I shall be having mackerel and wholemeal bread.

Green day is more pasta and potatoes. Or it used to be in my day.

I thought I could have fish?

I'm currently scoffing cake & a latte. Diet starts tomorrow

You can have fish on a green day but as a healthy extra. The wholemeal bread is a HE too.

I may have some old SW stuff at home (I can't remember if I've already given it to someone else) but I can take a look if you like. Healthy extras are there to give you additional fibre and calcium to your diet. I'm not even sure that mackeral was free on a red day as it's so oily.
