Mine to Gooch - How much weight are you looking to lose?

WW fruities aere gummy fruit flavoured sweets, a bit like fruit gums
I prefer WW as I find it easier to stick to. In the 6 months I was doing SW I lost 4lbs. The seven months I did WW from january to my wedding (well hen night when I had my dress fitting and then maintained) I lost 23lbs. Every food has a point allowance and so long as you stick within that allowance you lose weight.

For smaller amounts I would defintely say that WW would be the best one to try, but I'm basing that on my experience.

I find ww is more easier to manage. I love food groups and hate the thought of seperating them.

Gooch they have a sale on the shopping guide in my class at the moment. It's down to £2 but as well as having (most not all) branded foods it also has the basic food list. I can go tomorrow lunchtime if you like and pick one up as the girl that runs my class is there most days. I can also send you the quiz to work out how many points you are on a day as well as a link to a free online calculator to work out points if you have the calories and saturated fat values.

Either I live in a parallel universe or I'm missing something.
Last time I saw you, Gooch, you were a skinny bitch. What the hell are you on a diet for? Question
